Tracing a pedestrian route in the heart of the young Vergers district, 16 works by international artists open a space for discussion on art and nature in the city. Distributed between Lac des Vernes and Ferme des Vergers, they are presented in the form of instructions that question, by including the public in a creative process, the emotional relationship to natural elements, the vocabulary used to name them and the attention that we bring to other creatures, non-human, who share the urban space.

The artist's instructions presented in the neighborhood are part of an international exhibition that rotates from city to city. After having started in Berlin, then made a stopover in Geneva, the (re) connecting.earth project settles today in Meyrin until October 10, 2021. It integrates with its many local partnerships the inhabitants of the common and encountered in advance the citizen and ecological actions developed in the Vergers district.

Copies of the works in the exhibition, in A3 format, are offered free of charge to visitors at the Auberge des Vergers, which is presenting for the occasion a video installation by the artist Adrien Missika and a virtual reality film by the artists Bianca Kennedy and The Collective of Swans. The Auberge's cultural room, opened a few months ago to host concerts, will host participatory conferences on three thematic Saturdays with local actors and scientific experts, documentary screenings and workshops based on the artist's instructions.
